Riccione: a seaside resort small town in Italy, known to all for its discos, for the beaches crowded with umbrellas and bathers. To me, Riccione is something else: it is the dawn, it is the timid sound of the Adriatic, it is the talkative fishermen and the clouds reflected on the sand. Riccione is all of these, and even more. In all these years I have tried to tell what I see, and every year I see new things. Riccione: una località di mare nota a tutti per le discoteche, per le spiagge affollate di ombrelloni e la folla di bagnanti. Per me Riccione è altro: è l’alba, è il suono timido dell’Adriatico, sono i pescatori chiacchieroni e le nuvole riflesse sulla sabbia. Questo, ma anche di più. In tutti questi anni ho cercato di raccontare quello che vedo, e ogni anno vedo cose nuove.
